This article has great info. Florida cities require that all palms in the city limits are pruned regularly. Too bad the companies put untrained people in bucket trucks to do this task. While the company owners may have a license, the workers are being paid minimum wage & the sometimes butcher the once lovely palms. I think their mindset is: If I cut more now then I won't have to do this again soon. Really a bad idea. You get what you pay for. I only hope someone catches these errors before permanent damages are done to these wonderful palm trees.
