If you don't have an account yet, visit the registration page to sign up.
When you go into your main journal page, just click on the name of the journal that you want to work with. From then until you choose another journal from the list, that one will be the default one that you're viewing whenever you go into the journal main page. (note--the journal that's named "default" will always be there and show up on the list, but you can make one of your named journals the default one for viewing...a little confusing but hope that makes sense!)
