I'm in zone 7 and want to plant broccoli my local hardware store has plants that are 6 - 8 inches tall and they are supposed to mature in 45 days, which would be the end of april maybe... will it be too warm then for them to produce? last time I tried them the heads never filled in ( probly something missing in the soil). anyways ,, would I be wasting my money and garden space trying this? |
