I am looking for seeds for this lettuce. I am told it is a Bavicchi exclusive that was almost lost due to weather conditions and failure of seed stock. I am hoping to find that someone has saved seed or still has some seed from a prior purchase. If you know of a source, I would appreciate hearing about it. This is truly a pretty, pretty lettuce!

ROMAINE LETTUCE D'INVERNO A COSTA ROSSA (BAVICCHI SELECT)

(72 days) Huge head with thick slightly crinkled brilliant green leaves. This unique romaine lettuce has beautiful pinkish rib. Wonderful taste, cold tolerant, a Bavicchi exclusive. Very Nice. 4 grams approx 3600 seeds UNTREATED - $2.59 SORRY, UNAVAILABLE FOR 2008
