Wow ... thanks for explaining all that, Tammy. Nicely written, too! I've heard references to lots of that information but not really ever understood it before - friends in California talk about Sunset zones, my cousin in Virginia tells me they've been given a new zone. Now at least I know we're all on the same page! xx, Carrie

I looked at the new zones, decided I was now in Zone 6 and ordered me an aprium and a pluot. This is what is technically known as a crapshoot.
