I received this Datura last summer at a plant swap. I've never grown them before. I put it in a pot and it sat in a sunny spot all through the Fall and Winter and never did much of anything. To my surprise, it made it through the winter - I thought they were annuals. It bloomed the other day, but as you can see it has gotten very tall and with very few leaves.
I have a different one in a pot - also from last summer, which has not yet bloomed, but is shorter and has a lot more foliage.
Any insight on why this one is doing this? I know they are sun lovers and it does get full sun from two directions most of the day.
