Does anyone have experience with this peony? I planted it 4 years ago in a gallon pot and it has hardly grown. Year 2 & 3 I got two blooms. Last year nothing. It is in full sun in a well drained area. Just want to know if it is worth moving to another spot or is this just in general a poorly performing cultivar and suitable only for the compost pile.

Thanks for any info,

Felisa
