It's about time to think about upcoming markets.
What is everyone thinking on prices this summer ?
I was grocery shopping today & noticed lots of things are way up in price. A year ago 1½# loaf of bread was 89¢. It is now $1.39. Bananas are $1.38 for 3#, were about $1 year ago at Sam's.
Tomatoes here are $3.99 /# up a dollar a pound.
With fuel so high & other inputs higher this year, I think we have no choice but to raise prices. I always liked having things a dollar an item, but I guess we will have to change.
I think maybe put a little more in a bunch or basket & go to $1.50 or 3 things for $4.00.
Open to all ideas,
