Help! i added the photos of my favorite unknown plant, which is the white bell shaped lantern with the red flowers at the end. but it has a disease. ive had it 5 years, but last fall, thought it was dead. i trimmed it back it bloomed vigorously and as it grows, the leaves curl, and they lose their colour pigment, fading to cream/yellow. Help! i dont want to lose this beauty! hopefully this pic will help some...

I don't see anything in that picture that makes me think it's diseased. Your description sounds like the problem could be related to over or under watering. Or it could need to be repotted, or it may be lacking a certain nutrient. Maybe a picture of just the yellowing leaves would help.

I just called my friend who has one of those plants as an indoor display, she said they are easy to grow so long as you give them shade from really hot direct sun, pot them up each April into a good indoor potting mix, and end of May, starts to feed hers every 10 to 14 days with a liquid plant food, she sometimes gives hers a prune in April too and grows it up a good strong frame she bought at the garden center, maybe this will help you out a bit, her plant is lovely and has had it for a good few years now, Good Luck. Weenel.
