I bought these 2 rooster placemats on sale,had leftover black fringebeads,and extra tan fabric to make this Rooster Purse. Made the purse in a hour...Click the image for an enlarged view.

But that is a good place for your rooster. Don't know about the purse liking it outside but I now the rooster will.
