HOW TO PLAY:
We start with two letters such as the letter "A" and "R" then we add letters between to form words. Like so-
AR
AiR
AmuR
AmouR
AsteR
AddeR
AffaiR

Each time a word grows (moves from three letters to four letters, four to five, etc.) it has to stay as big if not bigger. No moving from 4 letters to three. Try not to jump from three letters to eight or anything like that. Each person posts only one word until another person posts one. When you believe no larger words are available type "DONE" The last person to post a word can also post again now if they know a word. Once three "DONEs" are posted in a row the game is over.

And the Letters are:
"A" "E"

Yeah, we can go with dozens of eight letter words if we could come up with enough, or move up to a bigger word. Just now that we are on nine letters we can't go back to eight. But the words can be expanded whenever.

Your add-ins is my favorite, but it doesn't get treated like the rest of the word games-----doesn't go up in the list of games that are ready to have a post---i search it out, starting with "my-info."

Think that may be why the usual wordsmiths don't come and help.

I have a 13, 14, 15 and 16 waiting to use. By the way, 16 is going to be the end of me.

arthrobranchiae
not
just another 15, from the dict about artery system in leg. I thought up
arteriosclerosis (16), looked to see if spelling was ok---yeh, but S instead of E!!!! wasn't thinking of that
Then there was this word on page.
You're a good thinker----------Ra! Ra! Ra! give us a 16!
Think I've got a 17 written down somewhere.

well here is a 16 letter word for ya:

aminotransferase

I gotta admit, I have been filling up on big words. I have a friend who is 5 credits and a thesis presentation away from his master's degree in micro biology, so this past year I have been reading a lot of his work. I have wanted to end with the wrong letter a LOT. I don't even realize until I write it down.

Found note where I put my 18er (medical-biological) when it wasn't time for it yet. Shall I put it on now even though it isn't my turn? Like, add a rule that after three quiet days----------???

Here it is
anticholinesterase
(---------that inhibits activity of choline)

And found my 20, in the same family--I wonder if there even a 19. HELP
