About 2 months ago, my husband sprinkled Dichondra seed in our front yard. It has been coming in nicely but there have been areas where it's taking a while to cover.
We started looking at those areas and we're wondering if there's another problem. We've been watering (new sprinkler system) twice daily. Once at 4 a.m. (for 6 minutes) and once at 5 p.m. (6 minutes).
I just went outside to take photos of a few places and I see that the watering has taken place but I have a few shots to share. I don't know if it will give a true representation of what is going on but I can take another photo tomorrow mid-day.
I'm worried about a bit of yellowing I'm seeing and I would think those patches would be filled in by now. Neither one of us is sure if it's a problem or not. I read that dichondra has a bit of a problem - (as my Dad would say 'fungus amongus').
Any advice is always appreciated greatly.
Thanks!
Nancy
P.S. I just "stitched" the 3 photos together
