What type of Butterfly is that? it looks tiny.

I saw a luna moth earlier this evening - looked like part of it's wing was missing. I thought I'd leave it peace for tonight and see if it was still there in the morning, if so I'll take some pics... would make a lovely painting. They're so ethereal.

Here's another one. I am doing pairs on 14"sq. canvas and hanging them side by side. I will post a picture when I get them on the wall.

You know what I think would be pretty would be to paint one of your butterflies on a piece of glass or plexiglass so that it looks like it is flying in space in the room. Wow, I think that give me an idea for one of my projects.
