Today near a restaurant I saw a beautiful crabapple tree with a large branch broken. I asked and received permission to take cuttings. Now what do I do?
The cuttings are definitely hardwood cuttings. Should I go to the new, green part and cut them or try to root the hardwood? How should I do it?
