Keep hearing about the "visiting angels program" on the radio. Is anyone familiar with them. My MIL is still in her house but recently broke her back and is not able to do the stairs ( a necessity) to enter and exit. Until other arrangements can be made, which she has been procrastinating for several years - I was thinking of someone to help out.
We are too far away to do so and my BIL who lives nearby is recuperating from cancer therapy and cannot do as he has done in the past.
Any thoughts appreciated or info on the "angels".
