Great article-- educational and thoroughly enjoyable!
I grow several Myrmecophilous plants, myself (ant-free). Most of them are a bit of a challenge, as I have to grow indoors in dry, heated air much of the year. They're pretty rewarding for their unique factor, though.

Yep, among other things! H. imbricata is one of my favorites. I had another myrmecophytic Hoya that made those lumpy "cabbage" growths (the name escapes me at the moment), but I lost it a few summers ago while we were in the midst of a major remodeling.
