I need some perennial ideas for 3 very high hanging baskets that get _maybe_ half day sun in summer. I want to put them up and forget them except for water if I can. Color or impressive fall foliage would be a plus. Z9, low 20s is as bad as it sometimes gets here in the redwood forest! Low water would be nice, but I can put some of those water crystals in them.

Is this picky enough?

Thanks,

Steve
