Bird Identification: Who's this

Author Content rentman Frankfort, KY (Zone 6a) May 5, 2008 4:51 AM Post #4908150 Can anyone identify this bird ? Yesterday I saw these birds looking it over, they (two of them) going in and out. They had no nesting material but one of the birds stayed inside for maybe 5 minutes. I built this bird house just to decorate my rose trellis , it has no ventilation or drain holes in the box. A Chickadee yes but more likely a Carolina Chickadee, can you put some drainage holes in it? I will drill some today before they get too far along with their home. I now have a robin rebuilding a nest from which the last babies have left.
