can u propogate dogwood from wood cuttings, ? if so how and is it difficult,? thank you

I've never actually tried it, but from what I've read, Dogwoods do root from cuttings. They do not produce a hardy root system when propagated this way though.
Commercial nurseries then graft the cutting onto seed grown root stock.
