When I go thru the steps in closing the "garden assistant" sale, I posted no shipping which was accepted.

I posted .0825 for TX sales tax. The final total was listed as .0825. Did not include the item price of .02 cents. I tried again to close using n/a (farm use) for sales tax and the final total to be sent was -0-. Wrong!

What "is" I doing wrong.

Ahhh... my FIRST sale! It was easy and should work well with minor tweaking!

I know, don't spend that .02 cents all at once! LOL pod

It was very helpful that you posted all these posts of information! I found a few improvements to make to make things less confusing. The next time you go through this process, it should be easier.

The sales tax is a dollar amount, not a percent figure, by the way.

best,
dave

Dave, after people have paid for their items, it still says '"Waiting on Payment". Is there a place for them to go after they are paid and also shipped or completed.

Thanks, PJ

You have to mark it as paid when you are paid. Then when you ship it, mark it as shipped.

Just click on "Manage" for the order and it'll tell you what to do.
