I received this plant from a friend who could only remember they got it from logees, and they thought it had purple flowers. From what I can see it has a square stem with opposite leaves that are shiny and stiff. they kind of remind me of a vinyl tablecloth. The undersides of the leaves have purple protruding veins Click the image for an enlarged view.

Hi RI
I misread that it only had purple protruding veins on the underside. Mona's leaf is completely purple on the underside of the leaves.
Sorry...
Well at least this is a start to the ID of your lovely looking plants.

I agreed with Kin. I misread the description too and forgot that the leaves are not that stiff. Sometimes mine just have purple veins and the underside is not totally purple. The other plant I was thinking of is Rose Glory Bower, Cashmere Bouquet, Mexicali Rose, Mexican Hydrangea (Clerodendrum bungei); however, I just checked mine and it does not have square stems. The leaves look just like the photo taken by GardenGuyKin of Cashmere Bouquet and that plant is sold by Logees. I'm going to drive over there this weekend and ask them.
thanks
