I was reading the Signs forum and Jeff told us the name of his farm and how he came up with it.
I thought it might be interesting to hear how other folks came up with their names.
We named our business Phoenix Gardens. For those of you who may remember when I first started posting here, we almost lost our property to a parkway project. Luckily the project ended up missing us by about 400 feet. I was a big fan of ancient mythology so we came up with the name Phoenix Gardens after the mythical creature who arose to new life from the ashes of destruction.
Funny thing is the project has reared it's ugly head again. They have changed the project plans slightly and it appears they will be taking some of our property but nothing that will affect where we grow.
So what about you. Do you have a farm or garden name? If so, how did you name it.
