It looks like the start of a berry plant...wild raspberry or blackberry or dewberry. |

It appears to be in the Rosaceae. Something in the Sanguisorbia Genus maybe? |

Doesn't look like Sanguisorba.
Maybe it would help if you described what it is you love about it? What color, shape, etc. are the flowers? |

I have never seen the flowers on it. I just love the dark green leaves at the bottom and the color of the new looking leaves. I love the rosette shape the leaves make as they grow the layers ( I guess is what you'd call it.) |
