It sure is beautiful. I will continue to watch for someone to ID it. Hopefully it's something we can obtain here. I'd love one.

You might try posting in the Plant Identification forum instead of here--some of the ID experts don't wander over here very much, and if this was something easy/common someone would have recognized it by now.

It might be a variety of Kalanchoe: [HYPERLINK@davesgarden.com]

It could be a Kalanchoe. It also might be a member of the gesneriad family, which includes goldfish plant, lipstick vine, etc.

My first thought was a Gesneriad with those blooms but then I saw the succulent type leaves and those sure don't look like a Gessie to me. Maybe if you can post another photo or two from different angles we will have a better idea of this plant. It sure is pretty whatever it is.

I think it might be Kalanchoe mangini which is available in the US, growgirl59. I did post on the Plant ID forum with no success and I can't provide anymore pix as it belongs to a friend who lives in Lebanon and now is not the time to go to Beirut!!!

My reason for finding out what it is, is so can track one down for myself!
