The world famous Chelsea Flower Show takes place next week, and it just happens that I have to be in London on business Monday - Wednesday, and was able to get tickets to the show for Thursday and Friday! Ever since I read the book "A Gentle Madness," I've wanted to see the show. There will be around 600 exhibitors this year, including 22 show gardens, 22 small gardens (courtyard and urban gardens), 100 floral exhibitors in the Great Pavilion, and about 300 garden product displays. International exhibitors come from countries as far away as the Sweden, Barbados, Sri Lanka, France, Holland, Germany, Australia, Jamaica, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago and Zimbabwe. About 150,000 people will visit the show over five days. I'm sure that even with two days to spend there, I won't get to see it all.
