| This is a neat one, Ian. I love what you come up with. Now I want to grow it, but I can't imagine where I would put it. Do you have it in that pot just by itself in water? I don't have a water feature where I could try it.
Great article. jan |

| I agree, very interesting article! It's got my mind rolling, wondering how I can work it into my pond. |

| Too cool! I love knowing about new plants and now like many, I need to find a use/place for it. I need to re-read and see about hardiness in my zone. Thanks! |

| Neat stuff, but be aware that if you have koi, they'll eat it, every last bit. |

| Thanx a lot. The plant wrote the article for itself I reckon.
I have it growing in the drainless pot pictured in the article Jan. Plus I have a few 44 gallon drums that I use to collect rainwater. It grows in them & gets thrown on the garden here & there as a consequence but it grows quick enough to not matter. I can replenish it if needed from other places its growing. There is a stormwater pit in my yard its in & a couple of those big bottles you get spring water in. If it takes over, I'll sell it on Ebay where it came from.
Its fun to improvise I reckon. You have a choice of 4 types there. We just have the one & the Carolina one looks the prettiest of them.

| I hope I can find some of this! It would work well in the large containers that I save rainwater in! Then I wouldn't have to worry about those pesky mosquitoes!
I also have a small decorative pond that it would look great in!
Thanks for the article!
