This made me so sick yesterday afternoon when I saw this poor thing. Her mate kept coming and calling for her last night.

I am assuming probably a cat. We have numerous cats that are allowed to run free day and night 24/7.

Nanny, I feel your sadness. So sorry.

My male cardinal spent a considerable amount of time the morning after his family was eaten, looking for them. He called to his mate, flew all round, and in and out of the Holly bush where the nest had been.

That made me so sad. I pity him so much. Rotten, stinking cat!!

And, I like cats, but they need to remain at home!

Oh Nanny, That is so sad...

If you think it was a cat, I would print out a picture and show it around the neighborhood to the cat owners.

That is an awful sight.
