One of my peonies from the co-op, the roots rotted because I planted it in a spot that is too wet. However, it had one nice looking little stem with 3 pretty leaves on it. I am going to try to root it.

Should I put it in water (where it is now btw), or use rooting hormone and put it in potting soil or perlite (which I am using to root hibiscus)

It was Raspberry Sundae so I would love to save it if possible.
