Well after 3 years of waiting to get started with a garden in my front yard, it began tonight. Hurray...

We moved to northern Ohio 3 1/2 years ago and ended up with a house that needed some serious repair work. The first year we moved into the house in October, when through 119 inches of snow, (which I hadn't seen since I was a child, many many moons ago).

this is what the house looked like when we first moved in.
