I'm waiting for my dwarf fountain grass to come back this year but am seeing minimal signs of life. We had a tough winter here in the Chicago area and now a cool spring in the 60's during the day and 40's at night. I cut them back to about 5 inches in late April. Am I being impatient... can't remember when the really "took off" last year. They did really well last year and I pray for the same this year! Any input would help! Thanks!
