I've ordered and paid for 4 plants with a seller. The day after I paid I got a dmail saying they were in an accident but thought they knew someone who could help them get the plants shipped out and they would write back later that evening with something firm. I never got that Dmail. I waited another 8 days then Dmailed them asking if they were going to be able to get my plants shipped. And if not, I'll just take a refund.
It's been a couple of days now and still no response so I'm starting to worry a bit.
I didn't see anything on the Market Place to contact anyone for help in a matter like this so I'm posting it here.

Is there anything further I could do?

Thank you,
Joy

That is a tough one. You want to be sensitive to their predicament, and at the same time, well, I know what it's like when you just don't get the stuff you were expecting and have paid for.
I would first check on their feedback to see if others have reported on similar circumstances, and then - maybe contact the admin and ask them if they can contact them for you.

Thank you Dutchlady.

I thought about the fact they may be unable to get to a computer if their condition got worse. Their feedback is all on trades but sounds very good. Maybe I should just give it more time. I guess if I don't hear back from them in a couple more weeks I could contact Admin to see if they could find out what's going on.

Thank you again.

Joy

If their address is in the exchange you could also drop them a snail-mail card or something.

Do you hang out on any of the same forums that they do? If so you could always ask there if anyone's heard from the person--often people will have close friends on forums they hang out on all the time who will stay in contact with the person offline/outside of DG and might have more information. Otherwise I'd just hang in there, if they've had some complications from the accident it's very possible they might be away from their computer for a little while but if they've got good feedback on trades and everything then I'm confident once they're back on their feet you'll at the very least get your money back.
