Hello, Today I went up to church to pinch the fall blooming mums. I've always made a point of pinching hard on Memorial Day and again by half at the beginning of July as I was taught by my Grandfather. When I arrived, many of them were beginning to bloom. I weeded two weeks ago and they were barely out of the ground.
Should I go ahead and pinch hard or let them bloom? We have had an extra cool and wet spring.
Thank you!
