I have a couple questions, that keep coming up in the back of my mind every time I handle a sale.

First one being, if one person buys 3 or 4 items from you, then you get 3 or 4 dmails from daves garden which ALL have to be replied to in order for them to go away. Even though you put the final bill on one dmail to them, you still have to go through the whole ordeal again with the other sales from this person. I've been saying, every time I have to do this, "please disregard this dmail" on all themultiple ones and just putting the final bill on one of them.

Also, I've had this happen twice, the buyer has bought the item twice, not meaning to of course. What happens then? So far they've bought both auctions, since it wasn't plants but rather the soap.

Another , When d o we get billed for our auctions sold?

Another, can we have a link on the top of the home page that takes us to the seller management area?

Handling multiple orders from the same customer is basically my #1 big todo for the marketplace. Look for it hopefully very soon! Until then, keep doing what you're doing.

I'll have an ability for you to cancel an order at some point in the near future.

When you've accumulated enough sales, the system will automatically invoice you, and you can then pay the invoice by credit card, check or paypal. It won't bill you until you have at least $5 worth of fees to DG.

Click on Products and Services, then Marketplace for quick and easy access no matter where you are. I can't really add a special link to it, though, as there are many other features on the site that would like the same treatment. :)

I rethought this; the link is now at the top of the homepage.

I have one more question, Like I said this has happened to me twice now, with the buyer accidentally buying the same product twice now, This second time the buyer did only want the first thing they purchased. So now what? How can I cancel the second auction that they didn't want. Is this a glich or something, since it's happened twice now. First person bought 2 bars of soap then bought the exact same auction again for the same 2 bars . same dmails with same scents requested both times, this happened yesterday too. Whenthe buyer said They did not purchase it twice, only wanted 3 bars. I don't want to get charged for final value fees for auctions that are getting bought but aren't suppose to be. I honestly feel that these two women didn't do this, at least not on purpose. Can I go in and cancel one of the sales?

It certainly sounds like a bug of some sort, perhaps they are using the back arrow and submitting the same page twice. I will look into this.

Canceling an order will be a feature that is coming soon.

Well, it let me cancel it, so I did, and it'sno longer visable. does that mean it worked? will I be charged for that sale? The other lady just took both auctions, but this one I had to cancel.

I'm full of questions LOL

Is there inthe future going to be an option of relisting an auction instead of having to reword the auction all over again?

And I was also wondering, auctions that are pending payment and no longer available, still show up on the auction block but with zero as the number of plants available to sell. Will that auction disappear once payment is marked paid? or will it always show up on marketplace but with just a 0 in there. hope this hasn't confused you.

The thing with the double auctions, maybe human error also, just not knowing that they did this. I'm not too worried about it if I do'nt get charged for it. That's what I was wondering about, when I canceled that sale. did it still charge me for that particular auction.

This is a quick way to re-list.Just change the 0 to whatever number you want and launch it again.Saves a lot of typing.

Yes it worked and no you won't be charged.

They aren't auctions, though. Keep that in mind.
