Morning, all.
I am making my first Strawberry Preserves today (started them last night) so wish me luck :) My question is that I have enough for another batch, and found a recipe for Strawberry Preserves with Black Pepper and Balsamic Vinegar. It seems to be the same as my other recipe with the addition of Black Pepper and Balsamlic Vinegar. The recipe says to refrigerate it for up to six months, but I'm wondering if I can water-bath it?. Christmas gifts this year will have to be homemade, so I'm looking for things a bit "different", that (maybe) will be appreciated.
The Lemon Raspberry Marmalade is on the list, too. Thanks, Darius!
