I just always have trouble laundering knit tops. They are always wrinkled even when I use fabric softener and take immediately from the dryer. What is the secret? I hate touching up everyday things with an iron.

Are you maybe running the dryer too long? You want the things to be dry, but if the dryer keeps going after the clothes are completely dry then you can wind up with more wrinkles than if they get pulled out when they're just dry. My dryer lets me choose to run based on time or based on when the moisture sensor detects that the clothes are dry, and I've found whenever I run it using the moisture sensor and set it for "Normal Dry" I never have trouble.
