Palmbob, That was a good article. Why is it that, Rhopalostylis will rarely survive a move. Is that only for large specimens?

what do you mean by large? Any size of Rhopalostylis is tough to move, but the larger the less likely it will survive... anything with a trunk is extremely difficult

By large I meant trunking. what is the reason they are more difficult than most other palms?

Don't like root disturbance... tends to cause roots to shrivel up and die, though eventually replaced by new ones... however, this is such a slow palm that by the time that happens, it is long dead.
