Hi everyone, I am planting a thousand tomatoes for market and have run out of wooden stakes and dont have time to get more sawed out from the sawmill. I was wondering what you use to stake up tall grape tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and the large indeterminate varieties. My tomatoes always grow up and fall over a short 4 foot stake. I wonder if any of you have used metal fence posts? Any suggestions would be appreciated about staking and tying, also, do any of you cut the tops off your tomatoes to prevent them from falling over? I really appreciate all of the topics discussed on this site. You all have helped me with all of the great ideas etc...Thanks,,, Sissy from DeMarr Produce
