Two years ago I planted some tall Phlox and they didn't do much the first year but they were beautiful the next year. This year they look like they are going to be great again. My question is: I keep reading about Powdery Mildew on tall Phlox so I bought a spray bottle of Daconil and I don't know if I should spray them even if I don't see any mildew on them or do I wait until it appears.
