Read your articles on agaves and palms. WONDERFUL! I hope you can suggest where I should go to get the botanical names for my plants. I have the following:
A Ragged (Torn) Leaf Palm
Ponytail Palm
Hardy Blue Fan Palm
Dwarf Agave
Regular Agave

Pony tail palm is Beaucarnea recurvata (not a palm)

But I have no clue what a RAgged leaf palm is (never heard of that common name).
Hardy Blue Fan Palm is probably Brahea armata, but could also be Chamaerops humilis var cerifera, or Nannorrhops.

There are dozens of Dwarf Agaves, so no idea which that one would be
And 'regular' AGave- who knows... what a weird name!
