do moles eat peony roots? I just found a mole hole (not a gopher) in my flower bed right in front of my 1st. year peonies. I'm just hoping they don't bother them, or the 3 roses on the other end of the bed. I put some mole bait down the hole. Now I'll be watching those plants with baited breath (groan...lol)
