I would love to have cilantro all year - is there a way to preserve it? Can it be frozen or is the best way just to dry it?

Drying cilantro is usually not recommended due to loss of flavor...I've never tried freezing it but have heard it freezes well. One method is to wash the cilantro, pat it dry between paper towels, then put it into freezer bags and just take out the amount you want as you need it.
