I still haven't gotten my book that Critter always tells me to get " my bad " Joy of Pickling but i was wondering if anyone pickles cauliflower ? and what else can i do with broccli ? beside freeze . I make soup with potatos and broccli then freeze in bags.
I am trying to hint for a dyhydrator for my Bday in august . :)
still got my Ball book if all else fails lol
