Can anyone tell me if Wave petunias reseed? I planted a new bed this year, with Tidal Wave petunias, snapdragons and marigolds in the front. All were grown from seed, and I'm wondering if I need to start a big new batch of seeds again over the winter. The bed looks pretty good, and I'd like to do it again. Thanks for any help-
