Vitamin C also has many benefits as a serum for topical use on the body and face. I use a Vitamin C serum that has gold flecks in the mornings as my makeup primer and moisturizer, and again at night before bed. My skin looks brighter and my laugh lines have reduced. I highly recommend you not only eat your Vitamin C, but apply it on your face and hands as well! Let me know if you agree too!
