I need help from you guys out there, I finally bought a Harry Lauder and I was wondering if I can plant it in full sun. When I say 'full sun' I really do mean it as I live in Reno, NV (over 300 days worth of full sun per year). Plus, its hot and dry in the summer. I really love this little sucker, but before I move him from his pot in the shade (might I add he really loves his black Home Depot pot in the shade) into the full sun I really want to know what the deal is. According to the tag he (or 'she'- have to be PC) likes part shade, but according to Dave's, it should do fine in full sun. Which brings me to the sun- it is pretty warm here in the Biggest Little City. Before you advise me on part shade, let me tell you that I am limited on that kind of space in my small yard, and unfortunately, all my Japanese Maples have staked their claims well ahead of poor old Harry! Please help me guys!!
Thanks,
John
