I just recently had a house built and there is no landscaping... It is bare! I contacted a local company who did a preliminary plan for free, but I think it needs more. Does anyone know who could help me with a design via a picture. I live pretty far from major cities.
I have house pics, and I have the tenative plan from the other company that can be scanned.

Please help!

Could you pay the local company a little and have them do a more detailed plan? You can get some free advice and ideas from folks on here if you post some pics of your house, but if you actually want a landscape plan you're going to have to pay someone to do it, and you might get off cheaper if you use the people who already started it for you. I imagine if they offer a free basic plan like that, they would also offer you something more if you're willing to pay for it.

Pictures would help a lot. It would give us a better idea of what would look right size-wise and what colors of everything would look nice with your house. For any beds you would like to have next to your house, include which direction they face so we will know what angle of sun the plants would be getting. The size of your intended flower beds would help too. The overall size of your yard would also be helpful.
