I took my sons strawberry picking, and we got a bit carried away, picked 29 lbs. I froze about a third (ended up with 8-3.5 cup freezer boxes), and want to make some regular jam and strawberry/rhubarb jam, but not THAT much jam!

Does anyone have any other good suggestions for canning/freezing strawberries? I need ideas QUICK! LOL Guess I could just pull all those recycled containers out of my cupboard and start giving them to all the neighbors. . .
