Hi, you are all at fault!! I had to buy a camera, seeing your incredible pics and decided on Fuji S8100fd, for macro ability and zoom (birdies). Here is my first try. Speckled Pigeon (Columba guinea). They breed everywhere, and yesterday one actually walked in through the open window and tried to "steal" a few rocks from my plant.

Congrats on the camera. You aren't the first to have been influenced by the forum!! I got a new camera this spring, and a bunch of us got new cameras at Christmastime!

It certainly is an addiction!

LOL on that speckled pigeon--at least he was only after rocks and not your dinner! Great pictures, as usual. So interesting to see all the different wildlife from another country.
