A friend brought over an old tool to show us. At first we thought sail makeing, but when I Googled it it came up with "Vintage American Saddle,Harness and Leather working tools".
On it is printed C A MYERS Co. Chicago, Il. USA
also...The Awl for All
Seems C A Myers is/was the maker and Murry R Botkin of Kokomo,Co. the inventor...came up patent #786000...1905. I will post a pic,but not today as I need to drag 5 hoses around to water stuff. In the meantime any other info would be appreciated. TIA
