I hope you won't take this as shameless self promotion. I have been so supported and uplifted by the friends I've made here that I feel like you are part of this.
Yesterday when I got to Ladybug for my weekly volunteer day I asked Dan to look over my selected seedlings and he said I had one ready to register! I almost had a heart attack. I was so excited that I literally couldn't sleep last night.
I went back out today to do a concentrated analysis of my selected seedlings and found two that are ready to go for next spring. God is so good. I've dedicated my program to Him and I feel like this is a confirmation that I'm in the right place.
My two will be included in Dan's catalog next year and his nursery is one of the 2009 National Tour Gardens. What a dream come true. I keep pinching myself.
I'd like to introduce...(if I get the name)
Mach One
My last name, Mauck, is pronounced the same way, so this is a play on that and the fact that's it's my first registration. The cross is NOID X IMPERIAL ELEGANCE.
It's a tet polytepal with around 95% of poly blooms. It's 34" high and 7" across.
It opens flat but sometimes drapes back. The color is mainly light yellow/buff with a light raspberry eye and very green throat.
